The Downtown Sykesville Connection is hosting its fourth “Let Freedom Ring Parade” on Saturday, July 2, 2022.
The Let Freedom Ring parade will start at 10 am that day, beginning at Sykesville Middle School and proceeding down Springfield Avenue and the length of Historic Main Street, with floats and vehicles accompanying the approximately 30 participants marching in units and organized groups.
Parade floats will be judged and awards for floats will be announced after the parade. The parade should be over just in time for lunch and ice cream downtown Sykesville.
Time to create floats, decorate bikes, and get ready for the celebration!
Bring the whole family and celebrate America’s birthday, Sykesville-style!
